One Sunday night at around 2:00 AM I had this tooth pain on looking for doctors I came across Dr Nikhil I called him up and he promptly attended me at that time which was great at first place. And then I tooth the suggested treatment which relived my pain and trouble. I was charged reasonably as I picked the best of the line treatment options. I am glad to know Dr. Nikhil and would like to share my case. I know Dr. Nikhil since early 2012 when I first went to his clinic in madhapur for a check-up. The reason for my visit was to take his opinion after being a victim of an improperly fitted bridge for my upper right premolar and canines. I had no problem with my teeth until I ...met with a car accident in 1997 when my right mandible was fractured. Also, I lost my upper two incisors. My mandible was tightened for 4 weeks (during which I survived on liquid diet) and the fracture was healed. Later, my broken incisors were root canal treated and replaced with a new bridge. During all these years, I got a couple of replacement bridges after the previous ones were worn out. Meanwhile, my sinusitis problem was complicated, probably by these treatments and ended up in a tooth abscess of one of the neighboring canine tooth. This was diagnosed when I went to India (Chennai, my home town) for a visit. Although, they diagnosed the tooth abscess, the dentist I saw in Chennai did a sloppy job while taking the measurements for my new bridge, which I needed after extracting the abscessed tooth. As a result the bridge loosened day after day and came out completely by the time I returned back to Worcester UK. I was so fortunate that I could see Dr. Nikhil who identified and fixed the problem. Till today, I had no hint of any issues with the bridge. I am very thankful to Dr. Nikhil and her skillful approach to address my case. My sincere recommendation and reference to all is to go visit Dr. Nikhil, my favorite dentist, if have any dental problem. I recommend this doctor.

I am super shocked to see these reviews. Now that I re-read them I see they're probably written by the same person (perhaps the doctor himself, they all match his style of speaking or he has paid someone) Our appointment was at 6:30. But the doc actually arrived at 8pm or later. (We had called to tell them they we did not want to wait so pls tell us when the doc would be there so we would come accordingly. We were told if you don't want to wait then 7:30 but he came at 8.) I thought the clinic could tell us proactively instead of wasting my time. And this was only because we called to say we didn't want to wait He was also pretty cocky and refused to believe that my fillings were done in India at the year I mentioned they were. He kept telling me it is impossible and if I was sure and how this was never available and I must not know for sure.Well I got them done in one of the best places in Bombay and why would I lie I am not crazy. We only landed in this clinic because of the upvotes on practo (as we don't know too many ppl in Hyd for referrals) but perhaps practo is not reliable? There were no other patients on a Saturday evening so I doubt he has a running practice at all for all those >1K 99% upvotes. I recommend this doctor.

Visited for root canal treatment Dr.Nikhil saran is highly Experienced with very well maintained clinic and good staff Im one of the very satisfied patients of the clinic Dr Nikhil's professionalism confidence and passion reveals his strong work ethic He is very good and he explained me all the root canal process in detail before the treatment. It took me single sitting to complete the root canal procedure. Local sedation was given.Never felt any pain or side effects. During second sitting, the medicine was removed and permanent filling was placed and the tooth was shaped for crown placement. Then after I received my crown of best quality . Zirconia crown appears similar to regular tooth. A day after placing the crown, there is no sensation of a foreign object at all. I started eating normally and never felt that a crown is present. Best treatment I've ever received.

Had very horrible experience. Did an RCT, the mould was wrong and hence the synthetic as well. This caused a gap between the synthetic and a good teeth. I have had to now replace the synthetic and the good teeth. I did visit the clinic two more times to talk about this, but they just filled it temporarily both the times.. Completely ripped off with a bad mould.

Why all the reviews of this doctors is very good only...I guess anybody can easily understanding. I have worst experience with doctor. Doctor suggested extended steps to make extra money as per other doctors .He did RCT for 2 tooth ,even it was required only one. In the middle of the treatment ,he gave extended estimation of RCT crown ,which was really high ,compare to what doctor told initially and I didn't have any other option to pay extra demanding outstanding amount. This doctor show himself that he is less with advanced technology and equipment but in real ,,,he is just average.

Definitely Gem of person Dr. Nikhil guided as friend. my wife is 9 month pregnant and was in extreme dental pain. I called doctor in middle of the night to my surprise he was quick to pick up phone and guided us for immediate pain relief. Also followed up over phone and provided genuine advice.

Though the Sr. Doctor was nice I think it was just his salesmanship skills. The cost was atrociously exorbitant. Major problems- took the imprint for my crown, it came back wrong. In spite of they trying to file my teeth for it to fit ( I thought the imprint would so good and no extra filing would be required). New set of imprints were taken and it’s been 1 week I have been waiting for an update but no one seems care about the crown anymore. My loss of appetite and reduced weight for u cannot use that side of my teeth to chew coz no crown. I doubt if they are thorough professionals. My recommendation- Do not visit. No update on my crown- Happy Diwali

One of worst Clinic I had ever visited, they loot your money. I had paid 8k for crown replacement, instead i was cheated by giving some poor quality crown, such a way that it might get damaged soon & then i can visit again to shell out my money. When I questioned about staff weren't so happy in cooperation. Wont recommend for anybody.

Walked-in with 1 problem, came out with 3 problems! Gained pain and Lost money & time. Yes, this is the first negative review I am writing but the pain and inconvenience they put me through urges me to share the view to others who might want to visit this dental studio. On 27th Aug 2023, I searched for near by Dental Clinics as I was at office and unfortunately saw the high rating on Google and gave a call for an appointment. Dr.Sharan himself answered the call and when I went there, since he was not there, I met a lady doctor who was available. My requirement was plain and simple. I needed cementing a tooth cap that got detached. She did a quick check and fixed the same. However, it was fixed by 'inverting' the sides! And since I was there, I also asked her to look at a cavity between to of my molars. She said it needs some cleaning and some filling. and did that one too. And here too since the filling was not in line with the other teeth, it was troubling me and I asked her that it might have to be reduced to help proper alignment with the upper jaw teeth. She ended up chopping the molar next to the one that got filled to make it look like a canine tooth. I was told that there will be discomfort till I get used to the filling. Immediately upon my return, when I checked the cap that was fixed, I realized that it was fixed inversing the sides. I also understood that was the reason for the jaws not feeling well aligned. Waited for a couple of days and went again to see the doctor. This time, I specifically requested to see Dr.Sharan. After explaining the problem, he expressed his opinion that the chances of fixing the cap wrong are very minimal and it might have been the mistake by the previous dentist that too with a minimal chance. I tried to reason it out that I am the one who knows the alignment of my teeth better than any doctor. He was surprisingly reluctant to even give me the 'benefit-of-doubt' and tried proving that the procedure done by the lady doctor was right. He showed me the images of the typical dentures and also the impression of my teeth alignment when I bite etc., Regarding the other problem of filling, he polished off some more portion so that it felt less canine-like. That was it. 10 more days passed and my problems only got WORSE. Finally took one more appointment on 21st Sep 2023 and met Dr.Sharan. Told him that it has not helped to just wait and get used to the wrongly fixed cap and the tooth that got more damaged in the name of filling. He consented to do the filling again. And regarding the cap, I had to tell him that even if the cap was fixed right, I personally am not feeling comfortable with it and it is fine even if that has to be pulled out again and refixed the way I remember was right. He tried pulling it out. Did not work. By then, I was so frustrated that I told him I do not even mind breaking the cap to replace it with a new one. Finally, the ordeal was over and later I received a temporary cap and then a permanent cap. No doubt, the highly-awarded Dr.Sharan is a professional, friendly, communicates well. Staff seem very undertrained and they are very capable of frustrating the doctor himself leave alone the hapless patients like me. Everything there is done QUICK as if to save time than to give some freedom to the patient to explain. I strongly feel that they should have accepted that there was a mistake than to prove their expertise. As of now, I ended up paying 3 times more than what the actual bill would have been. My one problem of a loose cap was converted to (a) a new cap and not a suitable one getting fixed (b)damage to my tooth on the other side in the name of some filling and polishing (c) misalignment of the teeth on the left and right. More than the money, the feeling of helplessness on my part, and the time I had to spend for visiting it four times already . . . nothing less than frustrating. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Got root canal treatment by Dr.Nikhil. It took over 6 sittings and the consultation and treatment worked really well. I loved the hygiene aspect of the clinic. I have been getting treated by Dr Nikhil for last 3 years, I can say he is the best Dental doctors I have interacted including few in Hyderabad and few in Bangalore in the past 20 years. I had a deep bite issue, had lost few molar teeth due to poor treatment and bad judgement from previous Dentists. He fixed the RCTs which weren’t done properly by previous doctors resulting into reoccurring infections and pus. Also his molar implants which were done 3 years back are quite stable with no issue as I write this review. I have burnt tremendous amount of money, time and hope over the last 20 years with multiple dental issues but now it seems I am in good hands. Keep up the good work Dr Nikhil.

I find it a bit difficult to understand how he managed to get so many 5 star reviews, it kind of looks unrealistic. Here is my honest opinion. He did one of my root canal treatment (RCT) few years back, I have seven done in total by different dentists. At the beginning, he was convincing me to buy the most expensive crown before starting the procedure. Although, I decided to go for one of the mid range crowns. Once the crown was placed the fitting was not that great, it was a bit high, had trouble biting the next few days, he tried his best to fix the problem, I had to visit second time when he had to cut into the crown to make it fit well. Do understand that a dentist cannot cut too much into the crown since that damages the crown itself. Since, I have multiple root canals I have seen some dentists who can make crowns fit so well that it almost feels like natural teeth, that was not the case here. Even after fixing it for second time, it felt high and took me months to get comfortable. Usually our teeth shift slowly over time if there is pressure, I feel that's the reason why I got accustomed with it now. In conclusion, he got the job done. Definitely on the expensive side. Might suggest some tests which can be expensive, like 3D x ray. For the price that I paid, quality of work is ordinary. I have had better experiences with dentists elsewhere. Hope this is helpful. I would highly recommend Vista Dental! I called them late in the evening due to an emergency situation with a family member when all other clinics were closed. The doctor was out with the family but sensing my panic, asked me to send a picture of the problem. He was gracious enough to quickly call me back and provide a quick and accurate diagnosis which calmed our nerves down and helped us decide next steps! I could not visit their clinic for the full consultation later so I offered them to pay for this quick help but they refused! Thank you for the timely help and the noble gesture!

Nikhil is an amazing doctor. I visited him first in 2018 then in 2021 and most recently im 2026. He always made me feel very comfortable. Most importantly, he sounds super confident assures you of the solution. He very clearly explains what the problem is and keeps communicating on what treatment approach he is taking and why. Hyper active with communication as well. Whether it is email, whatsapp, google chat, or phone call. Their team returns it almost spontaneously. The hospital is a small setup but they have several support staff. While I have not visited any other dental clinics for treatment to compare the pricing, I found his pricing to be reasonable.
